WHY THE KRAMER NAKED SHORT STORY IS A LIE:

Kramer has NEVER naked shorted a stock per all historical records... in EVERY legal issue, he is accused of selling unregistered shares... NEVER naked shorting!

Selling unregistered shares is not at all the same as selling naked shares... NOT AT ALL!

Selling unregistered shares results in a fine... PERIOD!

FACT: THERE HAS NOT BEEN A SINGLE STOCK THAT KRAMER HAS MADE A TOXIC LOAN TO... THAT HAS EVER HAD A SHORT SQUEEZE!
