Hank's number of $10 is ridiculous. Even $100 offer is not high enough

You misunderstood me. I was not suggesting that this is the value of these shares - not by a long shot. What I was suggesting is that this lowball offer, might be high enough to entice enough shareholders to sell so that the hostile BO offer had a chance to succeed despite opposition from management and other (but not enough) longs.
