Infinite liquidity allows MM’s to sell unlimited shares to retail especially in times of high volatility. This system allows MM’s to control the price especially if they never have to deliver shares to in out traders or investors who are chasing price accumulation on companies they know nothing about. In these situations MM’s know with certainty that 90%+ of shares never need to be delivered as a few scares or back tracking price will chase these investors away. We have seen this for years now with NWBO. The only time we will see real price escalation is when the whales arrive and begin accumulation on news such as MAA acceptance or approval. In this scenario the MM’s have to raise the price to a point that true longs are prepared to sell.
When this happens the longs are in the driving seat and I believe we have a very well educated long position.
The shorts and MM’s only goal will be to try and put out false price points and hope longs capitulate way before true value is hit.
When the true game begins longs need to know what they hold because the shares they hold will be life changing and this will be when we see the squeeze happen. The real squeeze will be high demand for shares longs are not willing to part with until true value is reflected. IMO
