The DD came straight from the OTC, which still lists the old A/S.

The OTC gets this information from the transfer agent.

So, the TA is the problem.

If you want to fix this, please call the TA. I called them back when this was first filed in order to try to get them to update the A/S in their records. The guy said he would do it right away, even though it was their practice not to make such updates on more than a quarterly basis. LOL! Evidently he did not follow through. Probably he'll eventually get around to it.

If your assertion was even remotely true about MIKP being poised to issue billions of shares, wouldn't the TA have been kept in the loop? Wouldn't the billions of shares you've imagined have caused the TA to update the A/S? You know why they haven't done anything and are waiting for a quarterly update? Because your shares-poised-for-release story is utter bullshit.
