Actually I bought my shares in May with average at $1.38.
I should have sold on that spike over $2.50 but I drank the Kool-aid like everyone else here.
So there you have it. No manipulation. Just stating the obvious last week.
Everything I said was true. I also predicted the stock would stop to $1.50.
This was a short attack due to some people knowing about this financing.
Now THAT IS manipulation typical for NEO and OTC plays. Don’t blame me on that.
The stock now has over 1 million shares short on NEO.

This is the frikkin OTC Wild Wild West. I took profits yesterday on the fluff news.
Maybe I will get lucky with this financing news and stock will drop back to $1.50 double bottom.
No rush here and I don’t chase OTC plays.
