Yes, he can do whatever he wants with them...My point...If we are close (within 6 months) of something significant happening, why would you leave appx. 240k shares on the table? The 240k shares is what would be needed to purchase the stock and pay the taxes.

It is inconceivable to me to leave that many shares IF something significant is on the horizon. IMO, his actions will be a telltale of how close we truly are...Again, IMO...
