I think the only thing to help it right now is, he states that he has resubmitted the ELD for certification.
He never has said it was completed and sent back in.
Seems to me, that he's in no hurry, since refilling the coffers is not hard.
And if he was expecting the "Certified" designation any time soon, I think he would have waited to sell these shares. ( The difference in money would have been HUGE.)
That's in & of itself, is a bad sign for the short term.
