Mutat - with all due respect, I'm not asking you this to be sarcastic or negative, I'm asking to see if maybe I'm missing something and/or misunderstanding the deal. That said, it is my understanding that if/when the SAGA deal finally goes through, neither BGEN nor VIRO will be part of ENZC anymore. Is this correct? If so, what positive impact could they possibly have on ENZC?

Also, I personally don't see how Chandra being appointed new CEO of BGEN is good for ENZC, if the above is true? Will he have a duel role, one part ENZC and one part CEO of BGEN?

Anyway, maybe my understanding is incorrect, but if not, getting excited over BGEN/VIRO isn't making much sense to me.
