Eddie has proclaimed that BDGR and all other tickers he scams with are now "subsidiaries" of AURI (his new "holding company").

I agree with what Barry Mezey reported SEC attorney Farol Parco said. There was ample damning DD about Eddie ready and available on a fur lined silver platter. Anyone who did 10 minutes of research wouldn't have given him the steam off their piss much less volunteered to help him.
