Then he put it there himself by jumping into a JV with XTI that he had to use a TOXIC LENDER for financing. Why sign on to such a deal if you didn't have all your ducks in a row to start with. Or did he and it's just part of the SCAM. Why promise MovyChem millions when he ALREADY FAILED to meet the XTI JV requirements? To keep the SCAM going!!! BS that they paid the JV in full since the BS preliminary design was completed. Duffy just dug a deeper grave for XERI with BS will he UNLOADED shares to INVESTORS to the OTC.
