H69,
First I research and then I have a glass of red wine for my heart and nerves. HENC value is as a SHELL w/ current SEC filings. That's its value. LOADZPRO will be merged into HERO and I would not be surprised others to follow.
HERO investors can only be quiet and content for only so long then as serious investors they want a ROI and not just lunch $.
This summer HOLD ON for the ride.
