Bringing up Oceangate happens to be an appalling rhetorical device, in extremely bad taste, but that's par for the course, apparently. If there's an airplane crash, natural disaster, terrorist attack, or economic calamity I am sure some will seek to blame Linda Powers or draw irrational comparisons.

Can you imagine Dave Innes having to speak with these type of people every day?

Management did not have issues with Nasdaq! Short sellers collapsed their stock! They have been under manipulation for over 5 years, harassed, and sued without basis which cost shareholders millions to defend in court.

While all of this happened they still managed to deliver:
