Here's what I think about 9-11.

Usama Bin Laden and his people hated the decadent West. He saw America as the head if the serpent. He wanted to strike the serpent, in a spectacular blow. The 9-11 attack was that blow.

He recruited 20 suicidal maniacs to hijack 4 passenger planes and crash them into the World Trade Center Towers, The Pentagon and a fourth target---probably the White House r US Capitol building.

His plan was spectacularly successful!. Now for the Conspiracy.

During WW II, the OSS, daddy of the CIA developed something called the K.I.S.S Principle---"Keep It Simple, Stupid"

In clandestine operations, set a goal and set a simple plan to accomplish it. That happened with the 4 planes and 19 suicidal maniacs.

From there Conspiracy Theorist have taken over

Then we will make the plane targeting the Pentagon disapear, with all it's passengers, and hit the building with a rocket. Let's take down Building 7.
