Well, the OS from the end of March has gained approx. 335M shares. So that accounts for some of the trading.
Now, If you were a MM who could see when a large amount of toxic shares were coming to market AND you had millions of dollars at your disposal, what would be the money making move?
Knowing all those new shares were going to take the price lower, you'd short the hell out of it.
And when your short shares were about to be covered, if you wanted to do it again because the toxic shares weren't completely sold, you take the price back up a couple of points and take out another short position.
We can see that OTCN is not eager to sell under .0004, so just take it back up to 7 and then short it back down to keep the merry-go-round spinning.
I'll believe all this talk about someone buying all or a portion of this company, when I see the filing mandated by law, for owning 5% or more of any public company.
