Conspiracy Theories didn't start with JFK's assignation.
I've heard most of the stuff you've posted, before. Sure, there were rumors and intelligence that indicated the possibility of a surprise attack, but to claim it was known it be around Dec 7. 1941, is ridiculous, IMO.
OK, some ships were taken out of Pearl, prior to the attack. But NINE battleships were left either at anchor or moored. Do you, CH, actually believe the Navy would do that if it had known an attack was going to happen around the first week of December?
All of our B-17s, in the Pacific, were at Clark Field, in the Philippines. All but one of them were destroyed, on the ground.
Thousands of US service members were killed or captured. in the Philippines, Wake, Midway and Guam, in the first weeks of the War.
Do you actually believe that FDR allowed for the lack of preparedness that resulted in such a devastating mayhem?
I don't.
