Did Keith Duffy sell a fake bundle of Retacell infused Nexboard to Michael Niemann CEO of Next New Concept, Inc., that Duffy stated was a "successful development of a multi-purpose, high-strength fire- and water-resistant composite panel made from a formulation of Retacell® and a cardboard fiber-reinforced polymeric resin, which can be sourced from recycled materials"?

Additionally, Michael Niemann committed to $130M of Nexborad product without ever testing in-use construction and building with actual Nexboard panel product utilized?


Duffy is going to need to use his years-collected high-life scam money for lawyers.
