My opinion hasn't changed. First i dont know. Second thought is that it is unlikely they could keep a large illegal short position for a long time. I feel the illegal shorting occurred on high volume days in conjunction with spoofing. I feel they likely closed out most of those same day or shortly there after. I do think it was a big hedge fund/s combo with a certain/s author setup for tanking a company that has a likely cure for all hard tumors. I hope the feds and lawyers make them pay but they have deep pockets. So in the end i hope they move on and let the cure happen.. They are obviously not religious people. I sure wouldn't want to explain myself if i was them in the end... could get hot long term....
