Please post this and/or explain to s/h that lifting a restriction has nothing to do with the company - it is an SEC rule - you need to abide by those rules - a company cannot make up the restriction rules - it doesn't work that way.

You need to let s/h know that or let them check with there brokers - they should know the rules as well.

The restriction of AMSN is lifted - all you need is an opinion letter from a lawyer to go with the certificate to the trasnfer agent and the transfer agent will send you a unrestricted certiifcate - the same thing would happen with the BKMP shares a year from now........it is not up to the company the restriction rules are SEC rules that you as shareholders are bound by - we as a company need to follow them as well - but lifting restriction is not a company thing but a shareholder thing between the s/h and the trasnfer agent with the help of a lawyer - unfortunately alot of investors don't know the rules and don't understand them that is why they think lifting a rerstriction is up to the company which it is not.
