On June 12, 2023, Clean Vision Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Clean-Seas, Inc. (“Clean-Seas”), had signed a Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) with Arizona State University's Walton Sustainability Solutions Service. The Agreement defines the parties’ mutual roles for a planned $50M Waste Plastic-to-Green Hydrogen Facility.
