The question of whether TMF owns, leases, borrows, and/or utilizes the manufacturing capacity necessary to produce NexBoards at industrial-scale is irrelevant -- as long as they demonstrate the knowledge and ability to do so.
Besides, XERI never cited TMF's owning any manufacturing machinery as a reason for partnering with them...only their relevant experience and expertise.
