Name one time this company has achieved even one milestone on schedule in the last 7 years. They will miss this newest one also sure asshit.

Plus we're not starting any construction until someone with deep pockets (ie Whitey/chinks/gringo) steps up to the plate with the US$673M CAPEX commitment which ain't even in the cards (or in the rumor stage yet) so far... and that would be the more important news by far to "announce" in/after this Las Vegas "I am so pretty pretty" company-paid lavish junket/vacation.
