MAGA, I cannot see any reason that SAGA will be delayed any longer than necessary to complete the transaction. IMO it doesn't help either party. I also do not believe we will see the volume before price action like we did in the "good old OTC days". The management teams involved seem to be very closed lips and not much will be released until its time. In the meantime, I have the opinion we will hold around this current level as I do not see any attempt to take us lower. Of course, we can always have "Joe retail" place spoof large asks to try and manipulate the PPS. For now, we watch and see.
