Outsourcing production to a factory isn't the same as "outsourcing the products they usually make" (whatever that means). And NexBoards is simply XERI's continuation of the "fire-resistant / green building materials" direction it was pursuing with Retacell as the fire-retardant before Movychem was unable to deliver an industrial-scale production method. As for XTI/TF 600, I wouldn't be so quick to dismiss its very real potential in a VTOL space that's really heating up.
