SHMP “investors” have been materially negatively affect by SHMP mgmt’s inability to accomplish the mission. SHMP’s a nickel with 867M shares outstanding out of 900M shares.

Too bad SHMP “investors” couldn’t have voted for new mgmt. Mgmt that doesn’t say it will do one thing…and then do something completely different.

So…there’s that.

So you won’t feel your rights as a common shareholder have been violated when executed another R/S so it can keep diluting your “investment”?

Like I said, SHMP “investors” should seek trustees to take over their portfolios, as they appear unable to manage the them themselves.
