According to their latest Cap Table, insiders own over 50% of the shares outstanding AND Co Founders have special voting rights with their shares.

IMO if the company wanted to get bought out, they would have gone the VC route.

Think about their motives...they GAVE AWAY HSML and HSTP protocols...to make sure AI/SW would have "guardrails".
