Booyah!! Looks like it's a Worldwide Patent as well, and this Patent is likely why Lebby had been somewhat vague in his answers to Poling questions, he did not want to reveal this enhanced process before it was Patented, and since the Poling at scale could already be done in less effective manners, he simply chose to say "there are no issues with Poling" to those questioning the Poling methods
