Looks like Alpine is finished. They probably will file for bankruptcy and leave the mess to the DTCC.

Meanwhile Alpine has all of their cash in offshore accounts. They are far from broke but cry broke and make out just fine. Alpine does not care. They made their money.

DTCC (the banks regulating the banks) want to kick this bad actor out of "the club" because they violated "the rules" one too many times. Should have been done years ago, but the DTCC was okay with breaking the rules then. Now that everything is under scrutiny Alpine is a bad boy! The DTCC realizes they are also being looked at.

Get that subpoena and let us look in the vault Gary. SEC is a joke. Citadel and Virtue call the shots.

DTCC helped create this Alpine mess as did FINRA. Time to mop it up. Pay the man (us, the retail investors).
