The thing that peeves me is I was told by Mark that the SEC/OTC said that all Mark had to do was file the form 10/ and 2 years worth of audits and did not have to concern himself with the quarterlies etc.

I guess there is one incompetent worker in every level (IE: SEC / OTC etc).

The thing that also peeves me is I told Mark to file the quarterlies WAY BACK WHEN.

GEEZ!

SO MUCH TIME UN-NECESSARILY WASTED.

But what do us shareholders know. 11 days over the 60 day thing already.

What is going to be any different when we are pink/current. Hope Mark doesn't get LAX and lets this thing go back to the expert market after he gets his money after this thing is pink.

I told Mark to fire his auditor/lawyer and CFO.

For some reason I can't shake the feeling that something is amiss. Maybe I have been conditioned like so many other shareholders (similar to Pavlov's dogs)
