From the past:
1) Globes reported they had a mini-riot at one of their annual stockholders meeting, chairs were throw at the presenters when they asked for more money, the company people left via the back door.
2) The thing that ticked off the investors was use of investor funds to operate the well for 4 and a half years at a loss, while they, the senior staff, took royalties on the total revenues from the production (not the profits, as there was none). When investor funds ran out, the well was closed. Investors lost. Senior staff ended up with the royalty money (it wasn't that much, just 1.5% of production, but the investors saw that as a royal jack). Last time I check GOOXF was going for 0.0003. A bit of a loss.

Yeah, and the guys running this were all rabbi.
