Exactly! Why make it any more of a circus than it already is? It's not hard to do a paternity test. Real father should get custody and control of any inheritance.

Of course, if her ex boyfriend (the one siding with the mother) proves to be the father, then I would imagine he and the mother sucking every bit of cash out of that kid that they could manage. Twisted.
