Opinion without facts. The SEC did not lose the case and in the end the company was released due to internal error. Anything else is speculation and distortion of the facts.

How exactly did the SEC hinder the company? Linda was given the chance to go the easier route but instead whined and complained for 10 years. And what did it get us? Not even back to where we were in 2011.

And what of the past 3.5+ years? Did the company just sit on their hands and do nothing while waiting? So it seems, but thats just an opinion and Ill be happy to yield to facts. But there arent any. The latest update was a disater telling us to wait more.

No theres only 1 hinderence here. And the mess made is the companys own.
