Really....it's as if COOP is not interested in raising the PPS. I wish I could say that COOP cares about the shareholders but I cannot. Enough time has passed for them do consider issuing a dividend. Every quarter it's the same comments but hardly any movement in the PPS. That should tell them something. Just not sure if the leadership team is that great. They have become complacent in the business model they have and I might add making sure they are awarded a number of shares for themselves. I believe this is why the financial institutions are not or limited their investments with COOP.
