in the "consolidation package" of 2022. No news on Maricunga. No financing for Maricunga. No off-takes for Maricunga. Crystalballs, Andy, Philip haven't caught the clap/syphilis on their company-paid vacation in Las Vegas yet.

No reason now with this new cash for a Q3 2023 CR (Capital Raise)... unless minigement all of a sudden gets greedy and wants to buy a AUD$30M yacht to vacation upon in a Bermuda hideaway while they are doing nothing for us shareholders.

Hopefully now with this "new" AUD$30M infusion with no imminent CR (dilution) on the immediate horizon and with what's left of our shambles incompetent useless do-nothing management they can better control their money-ejaculation(s) through March 2026 when the leftists/commies under Mommy's Boy Gabby Boric get booted out of government. In 2026 perhaps we can hopefully get caught up in the new lithium mining momentum to sweep Chile with the new team Republicans/right-wing in control and the re-surging overall "lithium industry momentum" lifts us all up equally to auto-take us across the finish line (reference: a rising tide lifts all ships in the harbor) because it would be a fool's dream to depend on our management to ever "lift us up" on anything with their own arms.
