Congrats pointing out an opinion. If “something” so blatant and so obvious happened that the sec wouldn’t punish…. do you really think a court can stop it?? They may get fined or a slap on the wrist but they can continue to do it. And whatever they may or may not be doing …. They have the ability to do this to every stock not just one stock that is sub $1. Every stock could be exposed to this the only reason NWBO decided to to take legal action is to detract from their underperforming stock performance. If one really thinks this is just happening to NWBO and no one else and it is only harming NWBO one is living with blinders.
