A reliable source on 5/10/22, while i was attending the NYAS, said Ashkan had done 200-250 as compassionate use patients (all Specials program ? ) , as of 5/10/22.

I agree with 230-240 compassionate use patients treated in USA, UK, Germany, Canada and X as of 5/10/22. Not all patients from the ‘Special’ program in the UK!
So have about 140 been done in the past 12 months in the U.K.
