A quick story .
My wife ..a Nephrology PA ( kidney disease ) had /has dialysis patients who have / had trouble controlling their serum potassium ...often leading to rushed ER visits.
I had invested in RLYP which was developing a drug to lower high serum potassium .
P3 trials succeeded and about 9 mths later the FDA approved the drug ...now known as Veltassa.

So I asked my wife ...its FDA approved now so are you prescribing it ?
No she said ...not until the Head of our dept OK's it .
Months pass .
Finally the Head of the Nephrology dept attends a major conference ...participates in a symposium on treating high serum potassium featuring Veltessa ...comes back and instruct all the prescribers in the dept to now start prescribing Veltassa when needed .

It was like a light being turned on .
One day none of her patients were getting it .
The next day ...all that needed Veltassa were prescribed it .

Hope there's a similar effect following the HEART UK symposium for Icosapent Ethyl
