If you believe Kim is lying or misleading then it "answers NO questions". If you believe that his use of words like "expect" or possible" are lawyerly weasel words then it "answers NO questions". This sets the familiar tone of many such emails. But when there is progress being made the tone deaf will fail to decipher any progress, large or small, even if it jumps up and bites them on the nose. There is silk, how much is up for grabs or interpretation, but absence hardly. Sounds like a misleading word to me. But that does answer many questions about the tone of many emails.
