"A couple of things I have found in the filings numbered 1 and 2 below.
My comments first:
a) it is interesting that they are a shell that intends on continuing to be fully reporting. That may mean that they are trying to attract a company that thinks highly enough of itself that it doesn't want to be on the pinks.
b) they state that they don't know if they have enough cash to complete the transactions. They just injected $10 million in new capital according to the recent 10Q to clean the shell up, so I am sure they could scrape more funds together to ensure the deal would work.
c) they say that a RM / acquisition prospect that has significant assets may result in significant dilution of current shareholders positions. True, but that is the same threat with all shells.
d) increasing the AS from 25 million to 300 million, may mean that they are close to a deal. There would be exchange of shares so that the new owners can take control, hence the increase in the AS.
I don't have a position here as yet, but am strongly considering it"
