There really isn’t a mechanism to “force” him to resign. Only the Board of Directors can do that (and they won’t) and thus it would require shareholders replacing Board members which would be next to impossible and even if it was it would take years.

Common shareholders cannot force the company to remove voting privileges from other shareholders. No way, no how.

The ONLY mechanism that a shareholder has is to simply vote “no” on the proposals or a shareholder lawsuit…which has happened before when they tried to move to Maryland the lawsuit apparently succeeded in preventing it. Looks like they are trying again.

And even then Michery has wired it such that if by some turn of events the majority vote on any of the proposals was no, they can adjourn the meeting to solicit more votes…which is code for, “we will issue a ton of stock to the financiers so they can get us the result we want”.
