my question is...
With king Davey Legally structuring the company as is,
Do you see any paths at all for shareholders to remove/forced resignation of CEO from MULN ??
Can shareholders force a vote, where Dave and his toxic lenders/financiers must abstain from voting ... Legally?
Would appreciate any thoughts, ideas, laws, etc
On this issue/topic.
