It could be called Insider Trading and it is illegal for insiders to buy shares before significant news is made public. Is there a 2week no buying restriction by any employees before a public event or news announcement? Not sure if the exact restrictions .
Which would just add to the magnitude of possibility that LQMT and TC may have something to disclose.
Another possibility is that THERE IS A MASSIVE NDA IN PLACE BETWEEN THE WHALE AND LQMT THAT SPECIFICALLY LIMITS TRADING IN RESPECT TO NEWSWORTHY EVENTS or something to that effect.
