They still have them but you now have to buy them.

I have 10 $100 bills where the serial numbers were printed upside down.

Found them in a new shipment from the Fed at Xmas time. I got in the habit of fanning new money when ever we got a shipment from the Fed.

I also have 10,000 steel pennies dated 1943 from WWII. For some reason my dad collected them.
