The prognosis for GBM has not changed. DCVax showed a clinicial benefit vs contemporaneous controls where patients all received the same standard of care. The results were super statistically significant with hazard ratios that showed the results were not random. We now know why thanks
to the immensely insightful Mechanism of Action presentation at ASCO 2023.

Celldex investors are in a far worse position than the holders of Northwest Biotherapeutics stock while I will wager the same goes for any other companies seeking to defeat heterogeneous cancers by targeting a single or only a few antigens. We target them all. Tumors cannot evade DCVax.
