Institutional Investors stay away because the stock has been under heavy manipulation for at least 5 years. Prerevenue biotechnology firms are risky. That will change though given the spoofing lawsuit as well as impending DCVax approval. In my opinion we will see dramatic reversal once the first approval occurs.
