The Lindas have been schooling FDA and others. Believe me, they are working with NWBO but I believe they want manufacturing solved so this can get to the masses who are going to want this.. without them being caught in the middle. In my opinion this is good reason to want manufacturing for large scale up to be ready or almost ready before approvals. Should there have been a more limited access pathway before this? Sure but without it, might as well just take the time it takes to be ready for the much bigger demand than any single limited indication a platform might work on. Best wishes.
