Until Tony can do the filings for USEI not just BMCS it is hard to know what is up. It has been 14 months just for him to get to this point. He either will do the filings for USEI or there will be an acquisition or merger of BMCS and USEI. That is my guess. He may update Twitter USEI by the end of the month or put out PR. Hard to know what's up until then. Bullish based on my interpretation of where I feel USEI assets are at and its overall value and following the relationship of BMCS and USEI needing each other.
