If I am paying $250K for a cancer cure I don't want to go to a retail store where some crack head happens to be buying swisher sweets.

Hospitals are not the most amazing places but I would imagine most patients would prefer to get the vaccine from their oncologist or in a private care facility not accessible to the general public.
