People put too much importance to finally submitting reports that they failed to submit in the first place. At least, Miller didn't let BMCS get to the Expert market like he did with USEI. Not that it's a feather in his cap.

But BMCS is supposedly going in a different direction, which intimates there will be no merging of the two. Until Miller divulges more details, there really is no reason to be optimistic on either ticker.

After all, Miller has become a bit of a pariah in the land of the OTC. And well deserved I must say.
