The rules are 100% clear on all this. Not one stock has ever changed a tier overnight based on a filed 10-12G before it officially goes effective. MIKP filed it more than 60 days ago and is still expert market because apparently the green light from the SEC is still not there. Can often take a few days or a week on top of the 60 days until processed and changed to an official SEC filer, they might have to amend something else. Just one example which shows the entire theory is complete nonsense.
