Do you think the daily SP matters in the long run? I don't. I don;t believe in the thought that upon approval we will se a ?X appreciation. I think the SP will end up at the same level whether it is at $0.65 or $1 when news hits.

It absolutely matters. We are under constant dilution, the extent of which is subject to the current share price. The dilution necessary at $1.00 is drastically different from the dilution necessary at $0.65.

The market cap will end up at the same level, but the share price will not. The share price at a $20B market cap looks very differently if you fundraised/paid debt(via issuing shares) to the tune of $300M at $0.50 vs $300M at $1.00 or more.
